The footer lists Balder Media Ltd. in Belize and Ragnarok Corporation N.V. in Willemstad, Curaçao, together with Anjouan licence ALSI-202412052-FI2 and Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2023/105/0084; because the official pages give different locations over time, no head-office city is stated here.

Checked on 2026-09-19, the 피나클 card opens the second sportsbook row at lobby position 5. Its logo reads AP GAMING, a basketball player in a white kit stands on the right, and directly beside it is a separate 피나클 E-SPORT card bearing an AP Esports logo. AP Gaming has an official site of its own, and since neither the Pinnacle nor the AP Gaming site mentions the other, this guide records what is on screen without inferring a relationship. Clicking the 피나클 card while logged out navigates to /login with a refererURI parameter.

Interface and usage notes
The 피나클 and 피나클 E-SPORT cards exist as two separate cards, each switching straight to the login page with no game-list window or search field. The actual layout of the sportsbook and esports screens can only be examined after login.

In the mobile capture (390px) the AP GAMING logo is centred over a basketball court background with the 피나클 label in the lower-left corner, keeping the same logo-and-label pairing as the desktop card.
